With the Kiku Apple Gin it was decided to distil the Kiku apple originally from Japan in South Tyrol, a place where this raw material finds very favorable conditions for the development of juicy and fragrant aromas. A London Dry Gin that does not require the use of additional aromas while the herbs used in the distillation phase are of Mediterranean and Alpine origin to give resonance to a complex and varied environment: juniper, lavender and cinnamon support the organoleptic qualities of the apple, fully enhancing it the taste.
In the glass it retains a crystalline and transparent color, while the nose is colored with floral and herbaceous aromas that release the density of the apple on the palate with a honeyed note in the final of great impact. Ideal both smooth and in mixing. Excellent to combine with a Tyrol Tonic to create a 100% South Tyrolean Gin Tonic.
