The Soente white wine from Tenuta Montiano is a creation of the Cotarella winemaker.

The wine is made from 100% Viognier grapes which, once in the cellar, first of all undergo cryomaceration, to then be fermented in steel tanks at 13-15°C. The wine ages for 4 months before being placed on the market.
