Borgo San Frediano - The Chianti Classico that celebrates Florence

Borgo San Frediano celebrates the authenticity and liveliness of the Florentine quarter of the same name through two exceptional Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva wines. San Frediano is a district located on the left side of the Arno River in Florence, known for its narrow alleys, artisan workshops and fashionable bars. It has been nicknamed the rive gauche of Florence and is considered one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world for its unique atmosphere.

The Chianti Classico Vintage has a bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by notes of spices and tobacco. The palate is balanced, with good acidity and soft tannins.

The Chianti Classico Riserva, on the other hand, has greater aromatic complexity with hints of black fruits, such as blackberries and black cherries, accompanied by notes of coffee and chocolate. It is structured on the palate, with powerful and elegant tannins that give it a long persistence on the palate. Both wines are perfect with Tuscan dishes, especially red meats and mature cheeses, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Borgo San Frediano.
