🎅🏻 Last days for deliveries by Christmas, hurry up! You have still:

In addition to producing some of the most renowned wines in the world, Burgundy is the kingdom of variety, but also the sacred place of wine where the charm of historical narrative meets optimal climatic conditions for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay . A land of passage and gastronomic knowledge in which these varieties, together with a more limited cultivation of Aligoté and Gamay, have been exalted through exemplary wines of unsurpassed style : excellent exposure, the presence of differences in level which help the vines in case of frost and normally continental temperatures significantly distinguish hilly production from that of the plains.

After the Chablis region, from which the Chardonnays with more strength and acid tension come, proceeding from Dijon towards the south you come across the Côte de Nuit , famous for long-lived and structured Pinot Noir and the Côte de Beaune , renowned for the best Chardonnays such as those from Mersault and Chassagne-Montrachet. Followed by the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais , both areas of high reputation for more immediate, young and straightforward wines but not without a certain complexity. Burgundy offers a Pinot Noir capable of evolving for a long time, transforming over time the hints of red fruits into game, mushrooms and undergrowth notes. The style in which Chardonnay is produced varies enormously and expresses both the full, refreshing acidity of Chablis and the full, woody flavor of Beaune wines, characterized by tropical fruits and a more compact body. For lovers of bubbles, Crémant de Bourgogne is also the Classic Method that best illustrates the purity and creaminess of these blends.
