Caprice Brut Rosè by Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, born from the best Aglianico grapes.

The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the colour. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally, the wine remains in a pressurized tank for 5 months after the second fermentation.
