Col Vetoraz rises on the homonymous Venetian hill alongside the "Mont" of Cartizze in S. Stefano di Valdobbiadene, on the top of the mountain, in an area bounded to the east by Fol and to the west by Sacol.
It was the Miotto family who founded the company in 1993, carrying on a tradition spanning over a century: the cultivation of the Prosecco Superiore and Cartizze Superiore vines that brought the company to the top of the world of Italian bubbles. The hills of Valdobbiadene are the undisputed homeland of these DOCGs, where the physical-chemical composition of the soil and the beneficial temperature fluctuations of day and night allow us to produce the most recognized and requested Charmat method sparkling wine in the world.

"Preserve, respect and not alter", these are the rules of Col Vetoraz's production philosophy, which, with the utmost respect for nature, produces the fascinating Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, a wine that stands out for its kindness and softness, balance and harmony. harmony, in which all the original characteristics of the fruit are perceived.

Among the countless prizes and awards obtained in the category competitions by Col Vetoraz sparkling wines, the 90+ points are worth mentioning . attributed by Robert Parker to Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze .
