Corte alle Stelle is a poetic homage, in either its name or in the image on the label, to the enchanted atmosphere that reigns among the estate's vineyards. The labels depict the stars and constellations, from Cancer to Capricorn, Sagittarius to Aquarius: a sparkling wine dedicated to romantic souls who enjoy gazing at the sky and daydreaming. Among others, the range consists of a Franciacorta Brut (92 pts LG) with a good structure, a nose of candied citron and lychee and a taut, crisp, salty mouthfeel with good persistence, and the newcomers of Corte alle Stelle.

Let's start with the Vino Spumante di Qualità Metodo Classico Brut, made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with percentages that vary depending on the vintage. Produced according to the classic method, it is aged on the lees for 18 months. Golden yellow in colour, it opens on the nose with aromas of white and yellow flowers, with toasted notes. The palate is fine, with excellent flavour and a very fresh and clean finish.

This is followed by Vino Spumante di Qualità Brut Blanc de Noirs, a classic method of particular finesse and persistence. Pure Pinot Noir grapes are processed according to the classic method, with ageing on the lees for 60 months. Golden yellow in colour with coppery hues and an olfactory bouquet composed mainly of berry aromas, it is full and soft on the palate with a persistent finish.

We finish with the Vino Spumante di Qualità Metodo Classico Brut Rosé, also made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with percentages that vary depending on the vintage. Pale pink in colour, it opens on the nose with aromas of cherry, red fruits, undergrowth and dog rose. The palate is fine, with excellent flavour and persistence.
