Their gastronomic versatility is one of the most beloved strengths by enthusiasts.

The main types of Trentodoc denomination:

  • Trentodoc Brut – fresh, vertical, and perfect for an aperitif
  • Trentodoc Millesimato – made from grapes of a single vintage, more complex and rich
  • Trentodoc Riserva – minimum aging of 36 months on the lees, elegant and persistent
  • Trentodoc Rosé – based on Pinot Noir with fruity notes and great finesse
  • Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero – no added sugars, pure and vibrant
