The Foss Marai winery is located in the hamlet of Guia di Valdobbiadene and it is from here that, in 1986, the story of what will become a symbol of Italian sparkling wine production begins. Managed by the Biasiotto family , each prosecco is a unique work of art, the result of skilful craftsmanship .

An unbridled love and passion for the territory have always been alive and present in the approach to production. A territory difficult to cultivate but that the Biasiotto have conquered inch by inch integrating perfectly with the peculiarities of the landscape. At the basis of Foss Marai's production philosophy there is a constancy in the work and the awareness that the path ahead awaits them is long and arduous: hence the motto " Leniter in itinere . The prize for the efforts made lies in the richness in perfumes and aromas that the grapes grown in Guia are able to give.
