Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr is a cooperative winery located north of Colmar, in Alsace , one of the most famous areas in the world for the production of white wines . The winery is located at the foot of the Vosges mountains, which offer protection from the cold winter currents, ensuring a unique, cloudy, cool and dry microclimate, ideal for growing vines. The very ancient owned vineyards, dating back to 1123, extend over what can be considered a real terroir mosaic , in which limestone, clay, granite, shale and sandstone alternate, characteristics that allow the oenologist Anthony Bondon to expertly explore the wealth and diversity of these territories.

Of the Hunawihr range, three are the most interesting expressions of Alsace white wines that combine the indispensable territorial factor, the aromatic potential of the vines from which they originate and an aging in steel for at least 3-4 months on its own yeasts: starting from Gewürztraminer , exuberant wine with an intense bouquet of mango, lychee and rose petal, passing through Pinot Blanc , round, fresh and delicate and ending with dry, fruity and refined Riesling , which brings with it elegant floral and mineral hints.
