La Toledana is a farm owned by the Martini family which takes its name from the historic villa that dominates its estate of Cortese vineyards. The company is in fact located in the heart of Gavi, an area chosen for the production of Gavi, the greatest Piedmontese white wine, and obtains its wines exclusively from the vineyards surrounding the villa, different for exposure, slope, geological characteristics, drainage and mineral contents of the soil.

From the meticulous work of the winemakers in the vineyard and in the cellar, two great interpretations of Gavi are born: the Toledana Brut Charmat Method, the protagonist as an aperitif and perfect for an elegant dinner and the super-awarded Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG 2019 La Toledana, which received Tre Bicchieri from the Gambero Rosso Guide.
