Roner
"Change, staying true to yourself" : it is with this in mind that Karin Roner condenses the company philosophy, with words that trace a path: that of looking proudly to the future while keeping one's identity firm. It was the year 1946 when Gottfried Roner decided to devote himself to the ancient art of distillation. He obtained his first successes with grappas , but as a passionate connoisseur of his own land, South Tyrol, he decided to extend the production, following the ancient recipe of macerating the roots and berries of neighboring woods in grappa: the result will be extraordinary, since he will have obtained the gentian, juniper and blueberry liqueurs, which are still among the flagships of the Roner Distilleries.
But it is perhaps with pear liqueurs that Roner expresses the best of its range: from the emblematic Williams , a brandy made from first choice Williams-Christ pears to its Riserva version, a brandy made from Williams-Christ pears harvested when fully ripe from the sunniest slopes of the South Tyrolean valleys. A distillation of happiness from Alto Adige.
