Since 1920, Maison Bouchet has had roots firmly planted in the passion for wine. Charles Bouchet was the first to inherit a piece of family land to be transformed into a precious vineyard. With tireless dedication, Charles works the soil and passes down his knowledge to his son Serge.

Serge Bouchet, deeply attached to his land, dedicated his entire life to cultivating and expanding the vineyards, involving his son Jean Michel. In the 1970s, Jean Michel started marketing the first bottles of Champagne : "Champagnes Jean Michel Bouchet".

This contagious passion for wine is passed down from generation to generation, from father to son and daughter! Sophie Bouchet, representative of the fourth generation, enters the scene to perpetuate the history and work of an entire family. The house and cellar are located in Champagne and were rebuilt in 1920, after the First World War. Maison Bouchet has magnificent vineyards located mainly in the Ardre Valley in Sarcy, where Pinot Meunier reigns.

The heart of their Champagnes is precisely this variety, which best represents the typical characteristics of these bubbles, characterized by an initial roundness and fruitfulness on the palate and which fade delicately in the finish.
