Founded in 2014, the Vespa Vignaioli per Passione company is located in the Tarantino municipality of Manduria , in the heart of the famous Apulian DOC Primitivo .

Thanks to a historical friendship with the great critic Luigi Veronelli , Bruno Vespa absorbed the passion of wine and decided to contribute personally to the development of Italian enology, also involving his two sons, Alessandro and Federico in this adventure. The primary objective of the Vespa family, with the help of the expert guide of the oenologist Riccardo Cotarella , was immediately to enhance the native Primitivo grapes to obtain great excellence.

It currently produces six wines. The rosé sparkling wine "Noitre" from Negramaro grapes, the Primitivo di Manduria reserve "Raccontami" , which has already had important awards, including the 3 glasses of the Gambero Rosso , the Primitivo Salento "the Rosso dei Vespa", the Rosso Puglia "the Bruno di Vespa ", interpreter of the freshest and best drinkability, the Fiano Salento" Il Bianco dei Vespa ", a white wine with intense aromas and great freshness and minerality on the palate and the latest addition, a Rosé from Negramaro and Aleatico of great organoleptic characteristic, "Flarò, Il Rosato dei Vespa", whose name pays homage to the enterprise of the two great Apulian athletes, Flavia Pennetta and Roberta Vinci
