Riesling
An aromatic grape from Germany, Riesling is considered by wine lovers and critics to be the most prized white grape variety in the world. The grape variety gives rise to a wine with an extraordinary aromatic outfit with hints of peach, apricot and varietal aromas of hydrocarbons, characterized by a marked freshness, which makes it one of the white wines with the greatest potential for aging. Among the fans it is perhaps the most sought after and the most elitist, for its unmistakable organoleptic qualities.
The most important areas for this wine are the Rhine and the lower Moselle, as well as of course Alsace, a French region bordered by the western bank of the Rhine. In Italy the most suitable production areas are those of Oltrepò Pavese from which light wines are obtained. and fragrant, especially sparkling wines, but above all those of Trentino Alto Adige (in particular in Valle Isarco and Valle Venosta), even if in recent years this vine gives excellent results also in Piedmont. Riesling is a multi-faceted white, we bet it will surprise you?
