Description

Tramari Toiletpaper from San Marzano is a rosé wine made from Primitivo grapes grown in Salento, Puglia, in an area marked by its proximity to the sea, medium-textured soils with rocky components, and climatic conditions ideal for the balanced ripening of the grapes. The Toiletpaper edition highlights its contemporary identity with a distinctive label, designed to blend the wine's Mediterranean character with a creative and recognizable image.

The vinification process includes a brief maceration of the grapes to achieve the wine’s characteristic pale color, followed by partial separation of the must and white fermentation. Ageing takes place exclusively in stainless steel to preserve aromatic freshness, fruit purity, and gustatory balance.

This wine has a pale pink hue. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet, enriched with notes of Mediterranean scrub, cherry, and raspberry. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, and well balanced, with a pleasant harmony between aromatic fragrance and lively taste.

Perfect with Italian-style appetizers, fish soups and broths, baked or foil-baked fish preparations, and young or slightly aged cheeses.
