Feudi di San Gregorio's Taurasi is produced in vineyards located in the heart of the Taurasi DOCG.

It is made with pure Aglianico grapes, harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation with maceration takes place in steel tanks for about 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 18 months in medium toasted French oak barriques and for a further 9 months in the bottle before being released.
