Soave
Soave DOC is one of the most traditional wines on the Italian white landscape. It was born in the hilly area north-east of Verona and has its classic area, historically more suitable, in the municipalities of Soave and Monforte d'Alpone. The ampelographic base is set by the specification in a minimum of 70% garganega with a possible addition of Trebbiano di Soave and chardonnay for a maximum of 30%. Grapes from white grape varieties, non-aromatic, suitable for cultivation for the Province of Verona for a maximum of 5% can also contribute.
Soave DOC is a well-structured wine, harmonious and balanced with excellent ageing potential.

This Soave produced by Dal Moro was born in vineyards located in the splendid hills of Soave, largely characterized by volcanic soils.
