Description

57 ° North takes its name from the remote latitude to which the Talisker distillery is located, recalling the harsh and wild environment of the Isle of Skye, on which intense gusts of wind blow. For its character, this whiskey is the one that best represents it.

It has an intense golden color. The nose has a slight smoky aroma, enriched with fruity notes of algae and heather flowers. It is sweet on the palate, smoky and goudron hints that evoke the volcanic rocks of the Black Cuillin peaks.

Perfect to serve straight or diluted with a few drops of water. Try it with a smoked salmon carpaccio.
