Alsace AOC Gewürztraminer Riserva 2015 Marie et Cécile Albrecht-Bleger

The Gewürztraminer Riserva by Marie et Cécile Albrecht-Bleger was born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Alsace.

It is produced with pure Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand, in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 18 ° C for 4-6 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 2-3 months before being bottled.

The Gewurztraminer Riserva from Albrecht has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an enveloping and intense bouquet of honey, red roses and tropical fruit. On the palate it is dry and pleasant, with a good persistence and a finish accompanied by spicy notes.

Excellent to serve by the glass, this wine is perfect to serve with poultry dishes.
