Alsace AOC Signature Riesling 2019 René Muré

René Muré's Riesling Signature comes to life from the vineyards of Clos St. Landelin, an estate purchased in 1935 by René's grandfather, Alfred Muré. It is the result of slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by maturation on the fine lees.

The colour is pale and bright straw yellow, it expresses itself on the nose with notes of lemon, peony and cardamom, with slight hints of cloves. On the palate it faithfully returns the varietal characteristics of Riesling, with subtle citrus notes that play on a refreshing minerality.

Perfect in combination with shellfish and white meats.
