Description

This Pinot Grigio was born in the vineyards in Caldaro di Kellerei-Kaltern, immersed in the splendid and prestigious setting of South Tyrol. It represents one of the Klassik of the Trentino company.

Obtained exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested in the first week of September, the must of this wine is left to ferment at controlled temperatures. This process is followed by the maturation phase in steel, carried out on the fine lees for 4 months. The wine is finally filtered and then bottled.

Kaltern Pinot Grigio is characterized by a straw yellow color and a very bewitching fruity aroma, with dominant notes of pineapple and ripe pear. In the mouth it is soft and very pleasant, with a persistent and fruity finish.

Excellent with fish and for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with mushroom dishes.
