Description
South Tyrol Riesling originates from the vineyards of Kellerei St. Pauls in Trentino Alto Adige.
Produced with Riesling grapes, after the harvest it is left to ferment at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. A period of refinement follows, lasting about 5-7 months, on fine yeasts.
Characterized by an intense straw yellow color, the Riesling of Kellerei St. Pauls has a fruity olfactory bouquet, with notes reminiscent of peach and apricot. On the palate there is a fresh acidity, well blended with the mineral aftertaste.
Ideal to be served with seafood dishes, it is perfect with oysters. It is also excellent to combine with Asian cuisine and delicate first courses.
