Description
The Alto Adige Sauvignon Kofl di Cortaccia is born in the vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route, in the province of Bolzano. It is produced on the cool slopes which thanks to the low night temperatures allow the grapes to retain fragrance and acidity in a complex aromatic profile.
After a cold maceration useful to preserve the aromas, the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and then follows twelve months of aging on the fine lees that give it a pleasant softness.
This Sauvignon is characterized by a straw yellow color with hints of exotic fruits, elderflower and sage.
Perfect to accompany light appetizers and appetizers, white meats and is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes.
