Description

The Barbera d’Asti Superiore from the Canti Premium Estate line is a red wine of great structure and personality, made from carefully selected Barbera grapes. It stands out for its intense and refined style, ideal for those looking for an important wine to pair with rich dishes or to enjoy during meditative moments. The elegant bottle conveys the noble character of this Piedmont appellation.

Vinification follows traditional methods, with maceration on the skins to extract color, aromas, and structure, followed by prolonged aging, which may include time in wood to harmonize the tannins and develop greater complexity. This process allows the wine to fully express the varietal characteristics of Barbera and acquire good aging potential.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights due to aging. The bouquet is deep and persistent, with notes of ripe red fruit and fine spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, intense, and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins that provide balance and a long finish.

It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.
