Description

Barbera d'Asti Chersì from Tenimenti Ca 'Bianca comes from vineyards located in the heart of the rolling hills of the Alto Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria.

It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature for about 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 12 months before being bottled.

Chersì is characterized by a dark red color. The nose opens with a large and deep bouquet, with pleasant fruity hints. On the palate it is warm, pleasantly sweet and with a long and savory finish.

Perfect to accompany stewed and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
