Description

Boroli is a young winery, founded in the 1990s from the passion of a Piedmontese family for the wines of the Langhe. Barolo is the winery’s most classic label, produced in the Castiglione Falletto area, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes grown on clay and limestone soils with a sandy component. The vineyards, of varying ages, help define a style that combines tradition and expressive precision, authentically representing the character of the Langhe.

The winemaking process involves crushing and destemming, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, with a prolonged submerged cap maceration to allow for full extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large oak barrels for an extended period and completes its development with further bottle aging.

It shows a brilliant red color. On the nose, there are notes of fresh wild berries alongside hints of licorice. On the palate, the tannins are velvety, supported by a harmonious balance between structure and elegance.

It pairs perfectly with red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
