Description

The Barolo Terlo of the L'Astemia company was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Barolo DOCG.

It is produced entirely with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 30-35 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 36 months in large barrels, before being bottled.

It has a medium intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with hints of cherry and raspberry, enriched with light notes of aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate it is rightly tannic and elegant, with a pleasantly mineral touch that invites you to drink.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with truffles and aged cheeses.
