Description

Rattalino's Barolo Trentaquattro is a pure Nebbiolo that comes to life from clayey and calcareous soils, with a marked sandy vein, which gives the wine an unmistakable minerality.

Aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months, 12 months in steel tanks and then 6 months in the bottle.

An intense garnet red color distinguishes it, while the nose gives off aromas of roses, violets, rhubarb, which evolve into pleasant spicy scents over the years. The mouth is imposing, balanced and with a very persistent finish.

A splendid organoleptic profile, the most suitable wine to accompany noble beef-based dishes, preferably grilled. Try it with truffle polenta.
