Description

The Barolo Via Nuova di Chiara Boschis was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Barolo DOCG.

It is produced entirely with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected by hand starting from the first days of October. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with temperature control systems around 28 ° C, with frequent pumping over and punching down. Subsequently the wine ages for 24 months in French oak barriques and large oak barrels, and then ages for 12 months in bottle before being marketed.

The Via Nuova by Chiara Boschis is characterized by a vivid and clear garnet red color. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet of flowers and fruit. On the palate it is dry, sapid and harmonious.

This red wine is perfect to serve with red meats, game and game.
