Description

The Barolo di Vite Colte is born in highly suited vineyards of the classic production area of the Barolo denomination.

It is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. The production process involves traditional fermentation in red with contact maceration on the skins and aging for 24 months in oak barrels, in which it develops its tannic component and a structure that makes this wine capable of facing long periods of aging.

It is tinged with an attractive ruby red color tending to garnet with subtle / fine aromas of cherry, rose petals, earth and mint on the nose Full-bodied and concentrated, cherry and raspberry well blended together, with mineral and spicy notes that turn towards a soft finish and persistent.

To be accompanied with elaborate red meat or game dishes. Enhances aged cheeses and truffle-based dishes.
