Description

The Bianco di Custoza from Tenuta di Naiano comes from the hilly vineyards located in the municipality of Sommacampagna, in the hamlet of Custoza.

It is produced with Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Tocai Friulano and Fernanda grapes, harvested only by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and ferment without skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

This Bianco di Custoza is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a pleasant fruity aroma, enriched with aromatic notes. On the palate it is pleasantly enveloping, savory and harmonious.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
