Description
The Bianco Salento from Terre di Sava is a fresh and light white wine, produced in the Salento region and designed to simply accompany everyday moments. Offered in a convenient 3-liter Bag-in-Box, it retains its organoleptic characteristics even after opening, providing practicality and versatility of use.
It is made from selected white grapes, vinified at controlled temperatures to keep the aromatic notes and pleasant acidity alive. Aging in steel tanks preserves its fragrance, resulting in an immediate and easily approachable wine.
Visually, it displays a light straw yellow color. The nose reveals delicate hints of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and balanced, with a pleasant minerality that makes it refreshing and versatile.
Ideal to serve with light appetizers or dishes based on fish and vegetables.
