Description

Bolgheri Bianco Achenio di Campo alla Sughera comes from vineyards located in the heart of the splendid Bolgheri terroir.

It is produced with Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After a soft pressing and a cold decanting of the must, the grapes ferment at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and for a further period in the bottle before being marketed.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with green hues. The nose opens with an enveloping bouquet, with hints of peach and tangerine, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of mint and caramel. On the palate it is pleasantly balanced and harmonious, with a delicate acidity in the background.

Perfect to accompany first courses and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
