Description

Bolgheri Bianco Nova by Fabio Motta was born in vineyards located in the Le Fornacelle area, in the heart of the extraordinary Bolgheri area.

This wine is mainly obtained with Vermentino and Viognier grapes, harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. After soft pressing, fermentation is carried out at low temperature, below 13 ° C, to preserve the primary aromas and therefore continues for almost a month. The wine stays on the fine lees until bottling.

Nova by Fabio Motta has a straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose is fine, with sensations of broom and acacia flowers, enriched with delicate notes of exotic fruit and almond. In the mouth it proves rich and elegant, sapid and with a good freshness.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, fish, white meats and vegetables.
