Description

Bolgheri Rosso Pievi by Fabio Motta is born in vineyards located at the foot of the hill of Castellina Carducci, in the heart of the extraordinary Bolgheri area.

It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes, harvested from late August to late September. After fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in new medium-toasted French oak barrels.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant notes of black berry fruit, violet and tobacco. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with ripe tannins and balance.

Ideal in combination with all types of meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
