The Bolgheri Rosato Caccia al Palazzo from Tenuta di Vaira is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot grapes grown in 10-year-old vineyards, facing southeast on loamy-clay soils in the Bolgheri area.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats, followed by aging also in steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

It has a pale pink color. The aromatic profile highlights strawberry at the forefront, followed by morello cherry and light floral hints of rose. The sip is fine, fresh, and fruity, with an elegant finish.

Perfect with grilled fish dishes, summer salads, and light appetizers.
