Description

The Bourgogne Aligoté of Domaine Anne Boisson, belonging to the daughter of Bernard Boisson-Vadot, originates from 60-year-old vines, cultivated in the heart of the municipality of Meursault.

The grapes that reach the fermentation vat are the result of careful selection, carried out both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The aging takes place in oak barrels for 15-18 months.

Straw yellow in colour, intense notes of lemon and white peach stand out on the nose, enriched by mineral nuances and delicate hints of lime, which together form a refined and elegant aromatic bouquet. In the mouth the wine is fresh and balanced, with a beautiful persistence.

It pairs beautifully with seafood and fish dishes.
