Description
Les Ursulines Chardonnay brings together grapes of the only Chardonnay variety that come from renowned and recognized areas of Burgundy for the production of white wines: Yonne, Côte d'Ora, Côte Chalonnaise and Mâcon, incorporating a set of styles that combine to define this extraordinary label.
The whole bunches are softly pressed then the must is transferred to the barrels and sent to a long fermentation carried out only with indigenous yeasts.
It assumes a bright straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose it releases clear citrus hints, with references to white flowers and slightly smoky notes. It is a wine that combines strong freshness with great minerality.
Ideal in the company of fish and shellfish, it is the right wine to accompany light appetizers.
