Box Traminer Aromatico Sauvignon Kiké e Zibibbo Taif (5+1 bottiglie)

Kiké represents the top wine of the Fina winery: it is a successful experimentation that sees the typically northern Traminer Aromatic grape, or Gewürztraminer, planted in western Sicily. It is characterized by characteristic aromas of spices and candied fruit which anticipate a fruity and floral taste, pleasantly intense and full. Excellent to accompany with appetizers based on cheeses and vegetables or with fish dishes.

In this particular composition, next to 5 bottles of Kiké, there is his brother Taif , a white less known than the previous one but certainly to be considered carefully as it is the signature of Fina on the indigenous Zibibbo grape. A round, mineral and fresh wine, which on the nose ranges between the fruity aromas of mandarin and peach and the herbaceous and floral textures, respectively of sage and then rose and wisteria. A white wine of excellent persistence to combine with fish and crustacean appetizers as well as with risotto with herbs or asparagus.
