Description
Diesel Farm's Breganze Chardonnay Bianco di Rosso comes from vineyards located on the hills of Marostica, in the province of Vicenza.
It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place traditionally in white in oak barriques. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, before being bottled.
The Bianco di Rosso by Diesel Farm has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense and enveloping aromas of peach, linden and acacia. In the mouth it is full and round, with a tasty finish characterized by peanut notes.
Perfect to accompany light first courses, this white wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and all fish dishes.
