Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2013 Cerbaiona

The Brunello di Montalcino of the Cerbaiona winery represents for all Montalcino enthusiasts a label with a unique personality, the daughter of a particularly suitable terroir and craftsmanship, which guarantees a small production of high quality. The estate is located in Cerbaia, on the eastern side of the famous hill, at about 400 meters above sea level, in a particularly windy area, which guarantees healthy and perfectly ripe grapes.

Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in conical wooden vats, with a long maceration on the skins. Before bottling, the wine rests for at least three years in large Slavonian oak barrels.

It has a ruby red color, with an elegant bouquet, characterized by delicate notes of small red fruits, floral nuances, hints of undergrowth and spices. Complex and deep, it gives a persistent sip, with evolved tannins and a fresh finish.

To be combined with grilled meats, roasts and small game.
