Description

The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva of the Cantina Le Chiuse was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Montalcino area.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand in mid-October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 29 ° C for 35 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 48 months before being bottled.

This Brunello di Montalcino is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with brilliant garnet reflections. The nose opens with intense fruity hints of morello cherry, enriched with pleasant aromas of violets and delicate aromatic notes. On the palate it is sublime and elegant, with perfectly integrated tannins. The wine has a pleasantly persistent finish, with a balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany roasts, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
