Alcohol-free, non-alcoholic beverage obtained through dealcoholization or using non-fermented ingredients.

Description

Produced in France by the maison J.P. Chenet, this non-alcoholic red wine is born from the union of Cabernet and Syrah grapes, offering a tasty and natural alternative for those seeking an alcohol-free experience. Designed to accompany convivial moments, it represents an authentic choice with an accessible and modern character.

After a traditional vinification process, the wine undergoes a delicate dealcoholization process through vacuum distillation. This technique, conducted at a low temperature and without the addition of aromas or chemicals, allows the original structure of the wine and its aromatic complexity to be preserved, maintaining the sensory profile of the grapes intact.

In appearance, it shows an intense and bright ruby color. On the nose, it opens with a rich and varied bouquet, dominated by red and black fruits accompanied by spicy accents. On the palate, it is soft and elegant, with a pleasant juiciness reminiscent of black currant, sweet spices, and light herbal notes.

Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, barbecues, or flavorful cheeses.
