Camou Cantine Ceci

Cantine Ceci's Camou beer is the result of a collaboration between the Emilian company and the Birra del Borgo brewery. The captivating style of this Saison is also taken up by the camouflage aesthetic of the bottle, from which it evidently takes its name.

Camou is characterized by a slightly veiled golden blonde. The nose brings floral and herbaceous hints, with background fragrances due to malts and yeasts. This beer expresses its best side to the taste, showing an excellent freshness followed by a dry and balanced finish, brought by the perfect balance between the softness of the malts and a well-studied use of hops.

It combines divinely with structured dishes such as risotto or first courses with important seasonings. It is also excellent with aged cheeses and grilled white meats.
