Description

The Carménère Reserva of Haras de Pirque, a Chilean estate owned by the Marquis Antinori, was born in vineyards located in the northern part of the Maipo valley, in Chile.

It is produced with Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with 5 days cold maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 10 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.

It has a dark and intense purple color. The nose opens with evident aromas of red fruits and spicy notes of tobacco. On the palate it is soft and pleasantly juicy.

Perfect to accompany first courses and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with pizza and fish dishes based on salmon or tuna.
