Description

Pegaso Zeta is a red wine produced by Telmo Rodríguez in the municipality of Cebreros, made from Garnacha grapes grown in old bush-trained vineyards, both estate-owned and from selected suppliers. The vineyards are located in areas such as El Robledillo, El Mojón, and Presidente, on soils composed of slate and granite.

Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for six months in French oak barrels, sourced from various cooperages and with different usage histories, followed by another six months in stainless steel tanks. This method helps preserve freshness and immediacy, highlighting the wine's fruit-forward profile and balance.

In the glass, it appears delicate and accessible, with a light yet persistent structure. The aromatic profile features lively fruity notes, enriched by good depth, a gentle tannic texture, and a freshness that encourages drinking, while maintaining a surprising complexity for this type of wine.

Perfect paired with rustic dishes such as roast chicken or grilled vegetables.
