Description

This Chablis by Olivier Leflaive derives from one of the most famous Premier Cru of the denomination, Montée-de-Tonnerre, located near the homonymous city.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested in October and pressed immediately upon arrival in the cellar. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 9 months in new oak barrels and for 3 months in steel tanks.

Straw yellow wine, it expresses elegant aromas of apple to the nose and then turns on mineral tones and white flowers. On the palate it is rich, powerful and lively.

Ideal to accompany hot oysters and salted fish.
