Description

Collet's Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut is made primarily from Pinot Noir with a portion of Meunier, sourced from the finest crus of the Montagne de Reims. This cuvée offers an intense and structured expression of Champagne, skillfully combining power, elegance, and complexity in a distinctive style.

The winemaking process involves partial fermentation in wood, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on the lees. The inclusion of reserve wines adds depth and stylistic consistency, further enriching the wine's overall profile.

It reveals a rich and enveloping character, marked by intense notes reflecting the dominance of Pinot Noir. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with a fresh quality that balances its substance and leads to a long, harmonious finish.

It pairs well with appetizers and dishes such as vitello tonnato.
