Description

Champagne Brut Rosè is born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method.

Champagne Brut Rosè is characterized by a soft pink color, tending towards salmon. The nose opens with a large and elegant bouquet of raspberries, strawberries and berries. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with hints of wild strawberries and a pleasantly mineral aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, this Champagne is perfect to accompany white meats, dry desserts and pastries.
